Operation Manager - Get Hired Fast

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all activities carried out by all PCs (Product Consultant)
• Manage and strengthen PC in increasing brand presence and improve sell out
• Monthly sell out target setting, Sell out progress monitoring
• Field Force Program Proposal and recommendation
• Plans, controls and prioritizes operational activities
• Monitor Promoter attendance, improvement and merchandiser visitation verification. Ensuring promoter on duty, notify Samsung / Humantech or Retail Galaxy if promoter is absence.
• POP placement check & guiding promoter / merchandiser to ensure placement. Ensuring POP placement as per Samsung guideline, immediately rectify problem with in-store promoter
• Maintaining in-store display planogram. Ensuring display planogram as per Samsung guideline, immediate rectify problem with merchandiser
• Outlet fixture maintenance check. Report any maintenance issue to Samsung retail operations team immediately
• RIS compliance check. Product line up audit, share details with sales team for list in activity
• Immediate action on OOS. Outlet display stock audit, informing sales on OOS issue
• Checking of promoter product knowledge & selling skills, merchandiser visitation 
• Manage and strengthen FSM(Floor Salesman) in product knowledge & selling skills, increasing brand presence and improve sell out

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma holder, majoring in Business Administration or any relevant courses
• At least 5 years of working experience 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Pleasant appearance, well groomed
• A people person, team player, organization skills, highly adaptable
• Strong power point and excel skills
• Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese, preferably 2 Chinese dialects
• Tech savvy
