Title: Operation Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the operation of manufacturing, including production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of the manufacturing industry, and is also involved in administrative daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of ice plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance of factory and lorry, and safety of the factory.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Manage and motivate production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop, manage, and monitor plant expenses budget including cost control measures.
• Manage customers' accounts and ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Allocation of basic administration tasks to staff on data entry, preparing invoices, and record keeping.
• Order and Maintain inventory of goods and other supplies
• Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and solutions implementation to enhance sales and plant performance.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
• 6 + Years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on production, sales, and operation management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A deep understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing operation plans and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
• Collaborate with HQ to perform payroll processing and Daily and Sales performance
• Must be flexible working in Klang Valley and/or other states
