JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-Day operations, including coordination of manpower,inventory, and sales.
- Manage and lead a group of Managers & Chef by providing guidance, training, and coaching as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production, sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance and progress toward goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in higher management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and management skills,with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis tool sand software.
- Working location will be based in Johor Bahru (HQ) but candidate must be willing to travel within the country occasionally.
