Job Description -
- Coach, motivate and train Retail Operation Executive & Supervisor to achieve area turnover and EBITDA goal set by the company
- Working closely with Marketing department for outlet marketing activities, brand exposure
- Assist to work on company budgets, preparation of reports on outlet performance, outlet pic performance reports
- Conduct random shop visit for store audit & compliances
- Build and retain good relationship with the company stakeholder
- Analyse, planning, proposed and implementation of business strategic plan
- Manage inventory cost in retail outlets, maintenance healthy level of stock of chemical, minibox and related products
- Audit Operation Executive assigned task and execution
- Annual review, proposed and update in Standard Operation Procedure to achieve efficient business productivity
- Control and monitor retail stores and operation team expenses and productivity
- Identify location of new stores, negotiate rent and propose agreement for signing.
- Constantly analyse about market trends and general.
- Proposed marketing related events for business improvement strategy.
- Strategic placement planning proposal for Person In-charge for business improvement & compliances.
- To be liaison person with all landlord of shops that we rent for all necessary discussion, negotiation and communications.
- Annual job performance appraisal on Retail Operations Executive, support team and Careline Agents.
- Constant review, proposed action plan on new stores performance, proposed business action plan for poor performing stores.
Requirement -
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations field which involving in retail industry specialize in retail store.
- Leadership quality, dynamic, diplomatic & result oriented.
- Computer literate and with good spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in speaking Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Have full working rights for Malaysia.
