Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the annual business sales plan and drive sales ,revenue targets.
- Responsible for the sales and profitability of the outlet by providing the highest level of hospitality
- Propose the visual merchandise display at outlets in line with prescribed layout/planogram and oversee the implementation process.
- Responsible to all outlet operation and human resource development with independent unique programme.
- Handle ad-hoc task as required by directors and managers from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a minimum qualification of STPM / Diploma / Degree in related field, preferable in Food services, Hotel Management, Marketing & Retail chain related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in similar field, preferable in Food & Beverage, Retail Outlets / Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / FMCG industry.
- Willing to work on long hours and shift basis, weekends and public holidays.
- With good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin dialects to communicate.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skill, resourceful, independent, aggressive and result orientated.
- required to handle Non Halal Products.
- Experience in chain-stores franchise.
