We are a Bumiputera-owned oil and gas service company, currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Operation Trainee. Candidates will perform administrative and customer service duties. They work with clients by answering their inquiries and shall assist the operation coordinator and the Directors of Company. Candidate must be adaptive, proficient, highly motivated and dependable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist Operation Coordinator - Prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
  • Assisting in preparing the critical response to Clients’ Inquiries.
  • Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Coordinating company meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants.
  • Performing administrative duties.
  • Managing records of company policies and procedures.
  • Arranging for the logistic matters of domestic and international packages.
  • Monitoring the progress of on-going project execution by Principal ie, Employment Pass, Logistic, etc.
  • Liaise with local agencies and authorities to follow up on approval of licenses, permits, etc.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc quotations where necessary.
  • Ensure all contracts, department documentations and procedures are updated and in compliance standard procedures. 

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Business Studies, Administrative, Human Resource, Office management, Business Management, Law and Public Admin.
  • 1 year working experience and Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Experienced in handling Work Permits, Domestic Shipping License (DSL), Expatriate Service Division, Petronas License Management System (PLMS) is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Contract conditions and administration.
  • Ability to work independently and possess good communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Possesses own transport and a valid driving license.
