Job Description

MICO World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Specialist to join our growing team! In this fast-paced role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our live streaming platform.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage new user registrations and maintain accurate user data.
• Monitor platform activity and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal user experience.
• Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline workflows.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize platform performance.
• Assist with onboarding new talent and providing ongoing operational support.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with project management methodologies a plus.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms or the entertainment industry a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
