(A) Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess min SPM with LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent,
- Some working experience in handling AR accounts and FMCG operations environments,
- Good computer literate and familiar with Autocount accounting operating software,
- Possess own transport.
(A) Job Responsibilities
- To assist team manager to perform daily accounting and operations activities independently.
- Perform dairy accounting and operation activities such as account receivable payable and sales order control.
- Good communicate with sales team, prepare monthly / weekly sales aging list, review with sales team or outlets on outlets payment issues.
- Assist team to performance monthly bank reconciliation and debtor statements,
- Up-dating and handling of monthly delivery crews’ salary and incentives.
- Good working attitudes and liaises with team manager to ensure systems performing well.
