Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Operations & SSHE Coordinator to oversee safe and efficient plant operations at a biodiesel facility. This role ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, manages SSHE programs, and supports production scheduling and wastewater treatment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operations of production units, WWTP, tank farm, and loading bay.
• Ensure compliance with all operating licenses, permits, and regulatory standards (DOSH, DOE, MPIC, etc.).
• Coordinate SSHE programs and serve as focal point for occupational health and safety matters.
• Lead communication of SSHE initiatives, updates, and performance reporting.
• Manage SMS/SSHE plans and coordinate verification and measurement activities.
• Support certification programs including MSPO, ISO, Halal, and Kosher.
• Schedule production operations and ensure machines are set up according to SOP.
• Monitor WWTP operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Promote root cause identification and fast resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain workflow efficiency by implementing SOPs and monitoring control points.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Safety & Health.
• 1–3 years of experience in petroleum, biodiesel, or manufacturing plant operations.
• Strong understanding of SSHE regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in production scheduling and wastewater treatment operations.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
