Job description

Hands-on experience in air/sea freight operations (import and export).

Strong documentation and compliance experience is a must (Multi-Country Import and Export, INCOTERMS, Customs, Trade Governance and Compliance).

Develop, implement, and continuously enhance air/sea freight forwarding operational procedures (import and export).

Implement cost-saving initiatives throughout air/sea freight operations.

Collaborate with sales functions to execute business plan targets.

Build and maintain long-term relations with clients, airlines/shipping lines and terminals/ports.

Lead a team of individuals by providing necessary training/briefing to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Conduct report and analysis to review P&L for air/sea freight

Ensure knowledge of day to day market development, take initiative to identify growth opportunities and maximize the profitability.

Maintain excellent relationship with existing and new clients.
