Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Operations Assistant Manager who will support the operational functions of our operation division (cleaning services). The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering client relationships, and optimizing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operational activities of the cleaning services division.
• Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold service excellence.
• Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the cleaning services industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methodologies, equipment, and industry best practices is advantageous.
• Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field preferred.
