Operations Excellence Analyst

Partner with relevant project teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements. Support development and implementation of process improvement strategies to meet business goal. Support country teams in planning and execution of process improvement projects. Monitor process performance and key supply chain metrics. Work with supply chain leadership team to define short-term and long-term objectives. Support project and project prioritization on ASEAN level. Drive goal alignment in ASEAN supply chain team. Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies. Foster team dynamics and close collaboration among various functions to deliver business results. 5+ years' experience in supply chain management preferably in FMCG / Medical equipment / Pharmaceuticals company. Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels. Excellent administrative and organizational skills Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively with teams across geographies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
