Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials according to project schedule
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to improve supplier performance
- Liaise with freight forwarders to book shipments and co-ordinate pick-up and delivery of the goods
- Overall see the project and maintenance teams running works smoothly.
- Arrange daily works for project and maintenance works.
- Coordination official / ad-hoc meeting for operations.
- Assist Sales Coordinator Job
- Assist Account & Admin Assistant Job if required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Civil Construction, Engineering, Construction Management or a similar field is preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in MS Office & SQL systems
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
