Operations Executive - Insurance Quotations

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Generate insurance quotations promptly, meeting our turnaround time and call handling targets, while addressing customer needs and policy requirements.
• Prepare cover notes for approved policies efficiently and accurately.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to request necessary documents from customers, ensuring smooth cover note issuance.
• Review cover notes and customer-submitted documents to ensure they are complete and accurate for policy activation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on pending approval cases, ensuring timely processing.
• Achieve customer service team goals related to sales and policy renewals.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain high levels of satisfaction with the company’s products and services.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of a diploma in business, communications, or any related field.
• Some experience in a customer service role, especially in handling email and WhatsApp communications.
• Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently resolve customer issues.
• A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documentation.
• A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and improving the overall customer experience.
