Operations Executive - Join a Leading Company

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Funds’ financial records (e.g. journal entries/postings for incomes, costs and expenses) and fund accounting, marked-to-market share valuation and an effective cash and securities reconciliation.
• Compute daily Funds’ Net Asset Value (NAV) prices for dissemination and publication.
• Liaise with Trustee and Custodian Banks on creation/cancellation, corporate actions and other relevant operational matters.
• Spearhead the semi-annual and annual unitholders reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare fund accounts, consisting of Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet, on a monthly basis for the Investment Committee.
• Provide good customer service in responding to queries and/or ad hoc requests made by clients and business partners.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/Diploma/Professional qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Banking or equivalent.
• With or without experience in unit trust fund accounting & valuation. Candidates who have relevant years of exposure in financial audits may apply.
• Meticulous and attentive to details, and able to multi-task whenever required.
• Team player with high integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
