Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Taking lead of onsite operation and coordination to ensure events/campaigns are executed timely and accurately.
2. Be involved in preparation of events (Planning & Coordination).
3. Management of pool of regular event crews.
4. Day to day operations and administrative duties.
5. Being responsible of daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting
6. Managing and ensure events are carried out smoothly.
Requirement:
• Residing in Kuala Lumpur area, require to travel around KL frequently.
• Possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Above 3 years of work experience in customer service/event management.
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service for communicating with people of all levels.
• Strong in project management and planning skills, with the ability to adapt and execute in a fast-paced environment.
