Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the daily shopping mall's operations.
- Oversee overall management, planning, systems, and controls of Building Services, Car Park, Housekeeping & Landscape, Security, and Safety Department.
- Assisting Complex Manager in periodically reviewing the performance of contractors to ensure all standards are being met, and reporting to them of any shortcomings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in a related field.
- HT Chargeman 11KV Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
