Job Description
- Ensure smooth running and profitability of the operations.
- Implement the standards, procedures and concepts set by the company.
- Training, motivating, and discipline of the operations staff and creating a pleasant working atmosphere for the staff.
- Customer satisfaction in the product and service provided.
- Organize the outlet team : their tasks and schedules.
- Monitor customer service level.
- Ensure the quality of service and food.
- Take full responsibility for the outlet.
- Manage the outlet to meet or exceed standard in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
- Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals
- Carry out other tasks entrusted by the Regional Manager from time to time.
- Manage on day to day task and ad-hoc task given by superior
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma / Certificate in Food Service Management/Hospitality Management or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industry
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent and able to communicate at all levels
- Computer literate
- Possess own transport
- Mobile
- Experience in managing food court or commercial outlet will be an advantages
- Work location Cyberjaya / Bandar Baru Bangi / Cheras.
- Familiar with report for costing and P&L.
