Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Key Opinion Leader campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
• Handle and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Generate detailed reports, analyze trading data, and derive insights to optimize performance.
• Manage and distribute incentives and bonuses accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with relevant departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth workflows.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and foster strong internal communication.
• Adapt to dynamic market conditions and perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Be willing to work longer hours when necessary to meet business demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an operations role within a crypto exchange is preferred.
• Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills or proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in English is necessary, and Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Prior experience in managing KOL campaigns, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency-related projects is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital assets is an advantage.
