OPERATOR ENGINEERING

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist Technician in sustaining line process according to established procedures and ensure smooth production flow.
2. Monitor and record process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) and identify deviations from setpoints.
3. Take corrective actions to maintain process stability and address minor operational upsets.
4. Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and potential issues.
5. Perform routine process checks, process tasks, and participate in line nonconformance audit.
6. Assist Process Engineers with troubleshooting operational problems and implementing process improvements.
7. Maintain accurate and complete logbooks and operational records.
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures and report any safety concerns immediately.
9. Participate in safety meetings and trainings.
10. May be required to operate multiple processes or equipment units for alarm assist.

Requirement:

1. Sijil kemahiran Malaysia (any level) or any other equivalent technical certification.
2. Able to communicate, read and write in English and Malay.
3. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related industrial environment.
4. Strong understanding of process fundamentals and basic engineering principles.
5. Experience operating Wafer Saw, Wafer Thinning, Laser Machines and other Die Preparation process equipment’s.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Physically fit to perform the requirements of the job, which may include standing for extended periods, and working in shifts covering day and night.
