Optometrist / Staff Nurse - Urgent Role

We are currently looking for Optometrist and Staff Nurse for Eye Specialist Center
Location: Petaling Jaya / Kepong / Klang / Cheras / Kajang / Puchong / Johor Bahru / Ipoh / Penang 

1. Optometris

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all relevant eye tests (eg. refraction, instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by HOD/doctor. 
• Provide patient education ie. Consultation. 
• Provide patient care ie. attend to patients’ needs/requests. 
• Manage patient complaints. 
• Surgery planning & scheduling. 
• Administrative work. Paperwork eg. consultation/follow up/eye tests notes, etc. Patient follow-up. Statistic and Reports. Housekeeping of certain work areas assigned by HOD
•  Surgery Opto. 
• Surgery Coordinator. 
• Laser Technician. 
• OT Assistant.

Requirement:-

• Degree/Diploma in Optometry. 
• With or without experience. 

2. Staff Nurse

Job Responsibilities:-

Operating Theatre (OT) 

• Scrub Nurse 
• Runner 
• CSSD Prep Nurse 
• Surgery Coordinator 
• Customer Care Administrator (CCA) 

OT Preparation for surgery 

• Patient care/management including education. 
• Manage patient complaints. 
• Patient flow management. 
• Management of surgery timing and scheduling. 
• Complication management 

OT housekeeping & maintenance 

• Compliance and maintenance of sterility and safety standards/requirements.
• Control & maintenance of machines, instruments. 

OT Administration 

• Surgery planning & scheduling. 
• Inventory management - data entry/monitoring/reporting. 
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors Documentation, recording. 
• Statistics and Reports

Requirements:-

• Diploma / Certificate in Nursing 
• Must possess Annual Practicing Certificate or Retention of Name 
• With or without experience
