Order Fulfillment Planner

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with customers, production planning, quality, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods. Analyse and report on order fulfilment performance metrics Work with Production planner and DCs to ensure products are available and track stock levels. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Communicate with shipping departments to arrange timely deliveries. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfilment process. Generating Ship Plan base on customer urgency and forecast, and working with Production planning to schedule per forecast and customer urgent models needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Center partners, logistics partners and Planning. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. At least Bachelor Degree in Management/business/Supply Chain or any relevant relate courses. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain / Planning/ Order fulfilment. Speak and write proficiency in English and Malays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Possess own transport and accommodation Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
