Order Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure sufficient stock availability to fulfill orders.
3. Shipping and Logistics: Arrange shipment of orders using preferred carriers and ensure timely delivery to customers. 
4. Customer Communication: Communicate order status and tracking information to customers promptly and professionally. Address any inquiries or concerns regarding orders in a timely manner.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels. Generate reports as needed to track order fulfillment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
6. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, inventory, or shipments. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate order fulfillment processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
