Order Fulfilment Specialist - MRO SCM

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Responsible to manage clients in both pre and post-sale environments. Consultants work directly with our clients managing projects which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, process engineering, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation and implementation. 
• Manage department/Project tasks progress and monitor the risk and status.
• Required to integrate planning and execution of processes required to optimize the flow of materials, information and capital in functions that broadly include demand planning, sourcing, production, inventory management and logistics ; storage and transportation.
• KPI Report: Monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order fulfilment delivery improvement by leading required development and implementation of projects:
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to manage order processing, forecasting and supply planning.
• Oversee the implementation of process improvement, change management and program execution through development, implementation and governance of processes, based on industry best practices.
• Refine workflows and procedures and strengthen internal control, continuously improve the business procedures and efficiency.
• Conduct work process analysis and give recommendation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all issues with regional supply chain are clearly understood and communicated to ensure resolution as well as ensure ongoing management of communication back to the regions.
• Guides the project through the development and implementation phase to handle solution-oriented topics.
• Demonstrates strong qualitative analytic capabilities, particularly in relevant strategy formulation areas such as client, industry, and management issues/challenges.
• Demonstrates growing knowledge base regarding current issues and trends, key drivers, and their impacts.
• Be the key driver in strengthening the relationship with outsourcing vendors and to achieve a seamless operation across the region. 
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to ensure the business in alignment with Company’s direction.
• Develops the integration strategy, if required, following fundamental architectural concepts and in accordance with customer’s requirements and constraints, to ensure that Microsoft solutions and customer’s data sources are appropriately integrated.
• Demonstrates ability to plan and manage engagement work and allocate resources appropriately under time, quality and budget constraints.
• Contributes to company growth and revenue generation through identification and proactive pursuit of new revenue opportunities.
• Works collaboratively with practice leadership team to grow, develop and enhance solution best practices, tools and methods, and intellectual property.

Job Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of working experiences. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
• Strong ability of data analysis and logical thinking.
• Contract positions is available.
