Order to Cash Finance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order to Cash (O2C) Finance Associate to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring timely billing, accurate cash application, and effective collections while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Billing, Accounts Receivable & Cash Management

• Manage billing and invoicing across multiple regions and projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;


• Monitor customer aging, perform account reconciliations, and manage cash application processes;


• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and collections, ensuring outstanding receivables are followed up and resolved efficiently; and
  


• Review and manage credit risk, escalating overdue or disputed accounts when necessary.

Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement

• Review financial processes and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes;


• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant financial policies; and


• Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and address invoicing or financial issues.

Administrative

• Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents;


• Identify and provide feedback and suggestions to management related to improvements to Grok’s policies, procedures, processes and financial systems and related programs; and


• Perform other duties as assigned by the AVP, Finance.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 1-2 years related experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Proficiency with financial software applications and strong Excel skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple geography and all levels of an organization.

Desired Attributes

• Experience in the shared services center or professional services.


• Familiarity with cross-border financial operations and banking practices.


• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin
