OSS Delivery Project Manager (MRO AMS) - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities: 

1. In delivery projects, act as an Operation Support System (OSS) PM for integrated solution 
2. Perform requirement gathering, operations efficiency analysis, HLD/LLD, and output Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) document, confirm solution logic, plan the roadmap, manage the SI developer in developing the solution, verify the solution and run user acceptance with customer.
3. Guide, supervise and integrate efforts of local and/or remote delivery teams.
4. Understand the SOW of contract and customer requirement, output or be involved to output OSS technical solution, project delivery plan, control and monitor project implementation.
5. Support customer for complex troubleshooting, update and upgrade together with OSS SI.
6. Constantly pursue innovation and automation meant to improve, expedite and minimize costs to Huawei and customers, using Huawei OSS solution. 

Candidate Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering, with more than 5 years of OSS experience in ICT industry. 
2. Familiar with front-end application programming and backend application development skills (e.g. HTML, Javascript, Python & Ruby).
3. Strong knowledge of telco OSS system and database (e.g. CORBA, SNMP, SOAP/REST, etc).
4. Strong knowledge of Operating System, Database, & High Availability (HA)/Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution.
5. Expertizing in Operations and Maintenance (Field Operation, NOC, Operation process).
6. Strong communication and business analysis skills when dealing with customer (in developing the solution)
7. Able to adapt to multi-cultural working environment and collaborate with a team of professionals from different countries
8. Strong in presenting the solutions with full understanding on customer mindset and needs
