Outdoor Sales Junior

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Outdoor Sales Junior to generate new business opportunities, arrange appointments, and meet potential customers face-to-face. The ideal candidate should be comfortable approaching prospects, building relationships, and following up with leads to convert them into sales.Key Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Identify and source potential customers through cold calling, online research, networking, referrals, and field prospecting.
• Arrange Appointments: Contact potential customers and schedule sales appointments with interested prospects.
• Attend Appointments: Meet customers in person to introduce the company's products or services, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Develop New Business: Actively approach potential customers and identify opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Follow Up on Leads: Maintain regular communication with prospects, follow up on quotations and enquiries, and move potential customers towards a purchase.
• Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards agreed targets for lead generation, appointments attended, qualified prospects, and sales conversions.
• Maintain Sales Records: Update customer information, appointment outcomes, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
• Provide Sales Updates: Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, customer feedback, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in outdoor sales, telemarketing, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching new customers and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Willing to travel locally for customer meetings and sales appointments.
• Able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily sales activities independently.

What We Offer

• Basic salary of RM2,500–RM3,000 per month.
