Salary Range: Up to MYR10,000 / Basic up to MYR3,000 + Allowances + Commission

Working Days: 5 days

Working Hours: Mon Fri 8.30am 5pm

Location: KL and JB (Skudai)

We are hiring a talented Sales Manager (FMCG, Wholesale related to food) professional to join our team in expanding new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Possess existing key account in FCMG.
• Responsible for overseeing overall sales performances and operations.
• Ensure the guidelines and operational procedures are compiled by the branch.
• To manage, develop, support and innovate sales team.
• Involving in development and implementation of sales strategies so that the sales target can be achieved.
• To review, assess and make recommendations for improvements on the product, service and policy by monitoring competition from current marketplace.
• To ensure the execution of product, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotion is done according to the company standard.
• Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Meeting with customers virtually and providing good service to solve problems from customers.
• To monitor, maintain and improve the service quality to ensure customers satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries, suggestion, complaints and other details.
• To establish and maintain customers in order to enhance sales volume and business growth.
• Responsible to develop and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customer and all sales activities.
• To develop new market segment and to widen the customer base.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an Diploma in Business Studies or any related field.
• 3+ years experience in Sales manager related field as.
• Able to conduct Sales in Frozen Food and FMCG etc.
• Sales and results-driven person.
• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Outstation within Johor Region is required.
• The applicant is able or willing to travel, or outstation visit customers.
