Outlet Manager (Female) - Immediate Start

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining outlet cleanliness and organization.
• Achieve sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals. Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Developing your team to ensure knowledge of all product and display guidelines, sales techniques, and outlet policies.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by the outlet staff. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise. Creating a positive service experience for customers and building customer loyalty.
• Plan a well-organized outlet roster according to daily traffic and sales trend, optimizing the team resources.
• Organize daily team briefing and monthly meeting.
• Implement a structured and consistent coaching process monthly, through qualitative and quantitative observations. Provide constructive feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and outlet performance.
• Check and make sure all new joiners are well-trained and integrated into the environment.
• Initiate & supervise the development plan of your team and conduct performance appraisal with the outlet team.
• Ensure that the outlet is in good condition and presentable at all times i.e. Floor and bathroom are clean, display products are present in good condition.
• To complete daily and monthly paperwork to Management in timely and accuracy manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role.
• Required language(s): Mandarin & English. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidate who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
