Outlet Manager (Pastries & Confectionery) - Based in Ipoh Perak - Positive Work Culture

Company Background

We are representing our client; one of the leading pastries and bakeries in Perak. Currently with 14 bakeries outlet in Perak, along with 2 hype and buzzing pastries cafés in Selangor.

Work Location: HQ in Ipoh, Perak

• Accommodation allowance provided (for outstation candidates)

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff while managing schedules and conducting performance evaluations.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and promptly address inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Oversee and audit inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
• Ensure all bakery items meet quality standards and implement measures to maintain product excellence.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze performance for growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and oversee banking and deposit activities.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and train staff on proper protocols.
• Prepare reports on sales and inventory, maintain accurate records, and communicate with senior management.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B outlet manager.
• 6 working days (Rotational shift). 9am-5.30pm/ 2pm-10.30pm
• Require to travel to all 14 outlets in Perak.
• Own transportation needed
