We specialize in modernizing Chinese tea, offering a unique selection of nitrogen-infused tea, cold brew tea, tea desserts, and more. Our mission is to bridge the cultural, generational, and language gap for tea, educating and elevating its value in today's generation.

Location: The Gardens Mall Mid Valley / Eslite spectrum, Starhill KL

Job Description:

• Ensure effective daily front-line operations (manpower, stocks, and other resources) 
• Responsible for sales and profitability of the outlet with a clear understanding of cost efficiency and control initiatives.
• Ensure all stock & cash/credit card handling procedures are always adhered to and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken. 
• Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends. 
• Ensure all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time, for example, daily report, daily float amount, employee incident report etc.
• Informs the Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any operational inconsistencies.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for opening, handover, and closing of outlet including maintaining product quality and cleanliness of the store, including bar area, floor, equipment etc.
• Assist Outlet & Assistant Manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
• Responsible for conducting artisanal tea brewing classes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in F&B / Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts / Food Service Management / Restaurant Management.
• Fresh graduates or those with 1- or 2-years working experience in F&B are welcome to apply.
• Candidates who can converse in Mandarin are advantageous with prior working experience in Food & Beverage or related field is advantageous. 
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge to improve personal performance. 
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations. 
• Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you. 
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals. 
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various tea. Able to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
