PA to Director

Position: PA to Director
Salary Package: RM3,000 - RM7,000
Working Location: JB Town Area
Company Background: Property Agency
Working Days & Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.30pm ; Friday: 9am - 6pm

Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with the Director and relevant business parties to ensure the information flow smoothly and effectively to support the decision making and strategy developing
• Help to improve efficiency of current duties of sales back office, lean management (mainly focus sales department)
• Support the Director in developing and maintaining relationship with business partners, internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in tracking and monitoring of departmental performance against target
• Manage and organize key meetings, prepare the reports and materials for meeting, conferences and presentation for Director
• Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Managing Director
• Assist in all ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply as training will be provided
• An energetic personality with can do attitude
• Extraordinary ability to multitask, organizational planning skills
• Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics & high-level integrity
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented
