Paid Dealer's Representative(Junior)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Junior Paid Dealer's Representative to join our retail equities broking team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will execute trades, manage client portfolios, and drive business growth through targeted sales and marketing activities. You will also ensure effective risk management, promote cross-selling of related banking and investment products, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

What you will be doing

• Handle dealing and execution of trades for both local and foreign retail equities

• Conduct sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients and expand the customer base

• Provide market updates and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Promote and cross-sell RHB’s banking and investment products

• Participate in marketing and promotional events organized by branch management

• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses

• Understand clients’ investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

​What we're looking for

• Degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution

• Relevant experience in equities trading, securities, or financial services

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the securities and futures industry

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) for dealing in securities
