Job Description

• Responsible to in charge new P&D EWS (Early Warning System) collaboration project.

• Responsible to coordinate P&D EWS training to the estate.

• Responsible to extract and coordinate raw data for monthly report of P&D activities from e-RML/SAP/ IMAP.

• Responsible to prepare analysis and monthly report for P&D activities.

• Responsible to supervise the administrative affairs of the Operation Department related to correspondence.

• Collaborate with regional offices, estates and vendors to ensure new EWS project is successfully implemented in the estates.

    

• Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT) or its equivalent.

• 1 year experience in a related field (i.e. IT services/estate operation etc).

• Familiar with system writing requirement and had exposure to the project management.

• Experience in SAP is an added advantage.

• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
