P&SC - Digital Developer

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Identify and implement process automation opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other enterprise systems. Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and best practices, including documentation and deployment standards. Provide support during UAT, production rollout, and handover, ensuring solution stability. Collaborate within an agile team, actively participating in the development process, and working closely with the Scrum Master to deliver Digital Products. Analyze, discuss, and document new functionalities to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements. Assist the Scrum Master with creating ordered product backlog.Assist the Scrum Master with Stakeholder communication and management. Understanding problems and gathering requirements.Providing recommendations and insights based on data analysis. Participate in sprint planning, sprint review, stand-ups, and retrospective. Take ownership of, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, while coordinating communications and facilitating the resolution of risks, issues, and changes associated with the backlog. Minimum 3 years of experience Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design. Experience with system integration and data handling Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security controls Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders. Advantage: Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) , Exposure to AI Builder, CoE setup, or Azure integration, Background in operations, supply chain, finance, or shared services
