Part 1 & Part 2 Assistant Architect

AKIPRO Architect is looking for like-minded people who are passionate and share a willingness to learn and grow together with us. We have IMMEDIATE vacancy for Part 1 Assistant Architects & Part 2 Graduate Architects. Our office is centrally located in Johor Bahru.

Part 1 Architect
Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Our ideal candidate should have:

• A Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Self-motivation, passion for architecture and a willingness to learn and grow
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & other relevant softwares 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support our team leaders on various scope of works
• Ability to work to tight time constraints when necessary and manage multiple tasks
• Confidence to meet and handle authority matters when necessary

Part 2 Architect
We are looking for a Part 2 Architect to join our growing and ambitious team.
Our ideal candidate should have:

• A Master's degree in Architecture
• A client-facing and leadership attitude, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & other relevant softwares 
• Ability to liaise with authorities and clients, attend meetings and site visits
• Responsibility of overseeing entire projects under direct supervision from the Principal Architect
• Ability to work to tight time constraints when necessary and manage multiple tasks as well as team members
