Salary: RM 1,200 - RM 1,400 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7 PM - 10 PM) & Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM)

Job Description:

Summitnext Technologies is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive company image.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our customer service management software.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service processes.

• Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).

• Availability to work the specified hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
