WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare documentation and issuance of B2C and partners sales policy cover notes.
• Continue to develop commendable relationships with customers with quality service to encourage repeat business.
• Perform endorsements and refunds as per sales requirements.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers on various platforms to persuade them to purchase company products and services
• Engage with customers through various communication channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to encourage purchases of our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, swiftly resolving any encountered issues to ensure precision.
• Develop a strong understanding of our insurance products, enabling tailored recommendations that suit customers' preferences and needs.
• Prepare precise documentation and issue sales-related policies, ensuring adherence to guidelines and accuracy.
• Process all customer purchases accordingly and issue policies via relevant portals.
• Manage endorsements, refunds, and modifications aligned with sales requirements.
• Perform customer purchase processing, ensuring correctness in payments and policy issuances.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp interactions, and sales achievements with close attention to our target metrics.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
