We are seeking a motivated dealmaker who thrives in building networks and securing high-value partnerships. Your goal is to strengthen Bjak’s partner ecosystem and drive meaningful collaborations.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

• Enjoy prospecting and securing new business partners.

• Have strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Can build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

• Thrive on meeting ambitious acquisition targets.

• Confidently represent Bjak in partner meetings, events, and pitches.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and deliver ongoing support to partners.

• Track partner performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

The Right Fit Has…

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.

• A track record of consistently achieving acquisition KPIs.

• Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.

• Familiarity with fintech, insurance, digital platforms, or related sectors.

Nice to Have

• Regional exposure or cross-border partnership experience.

• Understanding of partnership campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.

• Experience working with growth-stage companies.
