Penerangan Pekerjaan - Partnerships Performance Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Post-Partnership Implementation:

  • Take over and lead the project post-partnership launch.
  • Coordinate with Tech, Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams to implement Partnerships requirements.
  • Consolidate, check, and verify insurance claims from the partnership.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure timely financial reconciliation.
  • Ensure smooth policy & data declaration/submission between partners, insurers and other stakeholders

Claims Handling:

  • Handle insurance claims efficiently, ensuring adherence to SLA for responding to and closing claim cases.
  • Develop and implement a streamlined process for claims handling to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of all ongoing projects and ensure effective coordination among teams.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones - liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the agreed requirements according to business needs.

Process Development:

  • Design, develop, and fine tune new processes for claims handling and post-partnership implementation.
  • Ensure processes are flexible and adaptable to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Extensive experience in insurance claims handling is a must! Experience in extended warranty and travel related insurance claims is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective processes from scratch.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with various internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in claims verification and invoicing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
