Job Scope :-
- Attending to patient needs or parents’ enquiries promptly.
- Performing nursing activities relevant to individual unit functions and /whilst allocated to another unit under the direction of superior.
- Assisting and aide Staff Nurse in activities daily living of neonates/newborn e.g. feeding, bathing of newborn, changing diapers, hygiene
- Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction and policies for all procedures carried out in all areas assigned.
- Assist staff nurses provide a basic care to normal newborn baby
- Support and assist mother in breastfeeding.
- Assist Staff Nurse to keep track of the supplies/ stock and ensure the functioning of equipment and facilities are in order.
Job Requirement :-
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Medical Health Science/Diploma in Healthcare related
- Must be able to work in shifts, weekends, and Public holidays.
- Experience in providing care for newborns and postpartum mothers, preferably in a childcare or confinement setting.
