KAEFER Group is currently an experienced Payroll Administrator to provide support to our Australian Payroll team.
This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and post the weekly payroll in SAP
- Entry of all daily timesheets.
- Maintain all wage and personnel records for all employees.
- Support Payroll Officer in verifying weekly payroll, against records to ensure correct payment is made to employees.
- Data entry and process of weekly payroll.
- Setup new starters and create new employee payroll data in KAEFER payroll system.
- Administer all payroll related queries requested by site personnel and assists with answering those queries in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain payroll records
- Administer monthly Superannuation payments.
- Day to day administrative duties.
- In addition, your role will include Accounts receivable which involves credit checks and collections of any outstanding debts.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance related degree.
- Previous experience using SAP and intermediate to advanced user for MS Excel.
- Ability to work well within a team but also work autonomously when needed and uses initiative.
- Passion for numbers.
- Excellent communication skills, strong English skills is preferred.
