PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing the company’s payroll processes and ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and timely. This role includes the administration of payroll systems, processing payroll transactions, maintaining payroll records, and complying with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Duties are inclusive but not limited to: 

• Update new hire employee profiles in payroll system.
• Submit new hire CP22 in LHDN Tax Portal. 
• Assist to generate weekly attendance error report and send out to the respective supervisor and Business Units (BU) admin. 
• Coordinating with supervisor & BU admin to close the gap of attendance error (absent, unpaired clocking, lateness, late, early out and etc).
• Assist to generate expatriate attendance report and liaise with BU admin to resolve attendance error. 
• Assist and perform other add-hock tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration 
• Have working knowledge of production industry with experience as a department coordinator, payroll assistant or administrator. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with changing information. Highly efficient; processes excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills. 
• Problem- solving; organizing and prioritizing work demands to meet critical deadlines.
