Payroll Specialist / Executive - Urgent Hire

Summary

We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist who is able to perform payroll processing and payments for multiple clients while liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing and recording of clients’ payroll
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients when requested
• Perform clients payroll on time inclusive of data entry to the filing systems
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Process correct calculations and ensure compliance to the relevant rules & regulations
• Advice clients on taxation of salaries, monetary & non-monetary benefits
• Perform yearly tax processes including clients’ E Filling & EA form preparation
• Liaise with tax agent for Personal Income Tax declaration for expatriates & Tax Clearance
• Assist with IRB, EPF & SOCSO audits
• Treasury function - make payments for clients as per payment schedule or when requested

Qualifications:

Candidate preferably holds a Finance/Accounting/Business related Degree

3 - 5 years’ experience in payroll processing preferably for multiple clients/companies

• Strong work ethics and a team player with high degree of professionalism
• Able to sensitively manage confidential information
• Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively
