Are you looking for a new role in a growing organisation with an exceptional work culture? Arup Kuala Lumpur have a fantastic opportunity for a People Services Coordinator to join the Australasian People & Culture team. In this role you will be responsible for providing day to day HR related support and help for general staff enquiries and delivering on a wide range of employee lifecycle transactions across recruitment, new starter setup and on boarding, mobility, staff records and data maintenance and off boarding.The role also involves organizing staff programs, keeping employees engaged, and dealing with HR paperwork.



The Opportunity

  • Act as point of contact for employees to get guidance or support related to our people practices, policies, and systems.
  • Accountable for overseeing the recruitment of specific and casual terms.
  • Ensure full orientation is conducted for new hires and that the exit process is followed for employees leaving the company.
  • Manage expatriates' affairs and familiar with managing immigration affairs, including expertise in employment pass application procedures.
  • Participate in organizing staff programs, fostering employee engagement, and managing HR general administration tasks.

Is this role right for you?

  • 4+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or qualification in business, HR or related field – preferred
  • Ability to consult with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role
  • Utilizes Arup knowledge bank to adopt best practices in approach to work
  • Identifies own training and development needs, ways to meet these needs and shares knowledge with others
