Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that aim to drive measurable results and achieve specific business objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and conducting market research
Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and conduction A/B testing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Set up and monitor analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Analyze user behavior on websites and landing pages to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to enhance conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist and plan for LIVE event on social media
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization.
Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and measurable results.
- Result and KPI driven
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams with very good personalities
- Tech-savvy with AI software will be an added advantage
