Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of client’s and internal social media marketing strategy, focusing on expanding brand awareness, customer loyalty, and conversions
Oversee the development of our client’s social properties, guiding the company’s brand voice, defining goals and objectives for specific social media platforms, and leveraging opportunities to expand the client’s digital presence through new platforms and partnerships
Take responsibility in creating and executing social media campaigns, managing the social media advertising budget, overseeing the social media content calendar and acting as the primary liaison with paid influencer partners.
Spearhead social-first campaigns, acting as project manager and collaborating with essential business units
Distribute reports summarizing campaigns as well as monthly social media content performance, audience engagement and advertising efforts. Identify opportunities to make social media campaigns more efficient and effective
Developing and engaging social media strategies across all relevant platforms
Responsible for maintaining the company’s social media platforms
Responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages/accounts. Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters and website updates
Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and identifying opportunities for improvement
Aid in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email copies and analyzing campaign results
Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback task on a daily basis
Managing social media platforms of the organization
Scheduling social media posts
Engaging followers with regular company updates
Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention
Overseeing Social Media teamwork
Responding to the comments on social media on time
Supervising and managing social media campaigns
Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising
Monitoring and analyze social media metrics and ROI to optimize performance
Analyzing social media trends
Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
Optimizing social media content effectively
Coordinating with Senior Creative Designer and other team members to ensure all content is visually appealing and meets branding guidelines
Work with different departments to coordinate and curate social media output
Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications. Advise the team on impactful news and emerging trends
Community Management - Manage issues/critical communication with regards to the social and digital media platform
Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals
Manage agency partners across owned, earned and paid media channels
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field
3 to 5 years prover work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive or a similar position with a focus on property development, leasing and retail assets
Experience in managing agency partners is an advantage
Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s
Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy
Strong knowledge of best practices and confident use of social media scheduling platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedln and others
Exceptional team management skills
Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required
Strong computer skills (Google Suite & Microsoft Office preferred). Photoshop skills are an advantage
Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising
Excellent create and write trending and catchy content
Able to meet multiple deadlines and multi-tasks effectively
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred
A keen eye impeccable attention to details with ability to spot grammatical or spelling errors easily
A strategic mindset and always think out of the box
Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms
Possess extraordinary communication and presentation skills
24/7 social listening and response to comments
Absolute pride in the quality of the written work particularly around social media community management
Experience of influencer relations/campaign management is an advantage

Digital asset management, technical knowledge of at least Google Ads & Meta Ads, lead generation, analytical and data driven
