Job Description

• Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and TikTok, collaborating with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.
• Ad Creation and Optimization: Create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and utilize insights to refine targeting strategies, ensuring ads reach the right demographics.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while monitoring daily and monthly spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, utilizing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• A/B Testing: To optimize campaign effectiveness, implement A/B testing for ad elements such as headlines, visuals, and ad copy.
• Stay Informed: To ensure campaigns remain competitive, stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising platforms

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing successful Facebook Ads, Google/YouTube ads and TikTok ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and ad management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.
• Familiar with WordPress and black-hat technologies would be bonus.
• Sensitive with numbers and good analytics skills.
• Willing to explore different approach and think out of the box.
• Detailed oriented.
