Performance & Talent Management Manager Global Brand - SE51 - Dynamic Team

Job responsibilities:

• Develop, review and maintain Performance Management system.
• Develop and make continuous improvement on the Functional Competency Model and Framework to elevate the capabilities and skills of employees to meet organizational goals.
• Design, recommend and implement performance management policies and initiatives in line with HR strategy to ensure that programs are appropriately integrated and aligned to strategic and business goals.
• Develop, coordinate, manage and implement a company-wide goal setting and performance management system and process to assist managers to manage and improve employee performance.
• Provide support and guidance to HR partners and employees pertaining to performance management.
• Manage the end-to-end process of performance management.
• Assist in the development of talent in line with business strategies in talent reviews and leadership development.
• Implement initiatives which foster a culture that values learning, continuous improvement, innovation and creativity.
• Experience in curating training and coaching programs after performance gaps are identified and evaluated.
• Possess knowledge on various Training Need Analysis technique by conducting thorough analyses to identify skill gaps and performance issues, and then proposing appropriate training programs to address those needs based on the current company's practices or/and others.
• Competence in assessing the effectiveness of training programs which involves designing evaluation methods, collecting and analyzing data, and using metrics to measure the impact of training on individual and organizational performance.
• Experience in compensation and benefits benchmarking and other HR skills will be an added advantage.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field. 
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in performance management and training & development, preferably in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in Managerial role.
• Good knowledge of Compensation and Benefits management will be an added advantage. 
• Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to work at both a strategic and operational level.
• High degree of confidentiality and integrity.
• Good sense of responsibility in compliance to deadline. 
• Candidate with experience/ knowledge in the FMCG/ consumer goods industry will be an added advantage.
