The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is analytical, has excellent research skills, and possesses a keen interest in business dynamics and market trends. You will play a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research, analyze reports, and distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Stay informed on industry developments and proactively identify trends
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Draft reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and materials for internal and external meetings.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze data and identify meaningful insights and trends.
• Demonstrated experience conducting thorough and precise research.
• Genuine interest in understanding business operations, strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking efficiency.

Compensation

• RM3,000 - RM5,000/month
